Our consultancy includes the following services:

1. Complete design with all required drawings.

2. Suggestions and certification of materials in terms of quality and price.

3. Substantial and final completion inspections including periodic site visits to become familiar with the work progress, quality and ensure that the work is in conformance with the design and specifications of the consultant.

HOW WE WORK

Main services offered by the firm include mainly, although not limited, to a preliminary feasibility study and proposal to final design drawing and construction specification will follow up for bids, purchasing packages preparations and supervision and inspection of construction. We provide the following services, in part or whole, to our clients.

(a) Schematic Design:

1. Review the project requirements and generate a preliminary program and estimated project budget.

2. Review alternative systems and materials with the owner.

3. Prepare schematic designs comprised of layout plans, as many as may be required until a satisfactory solution is reached.

(b) Design Development:

Prepare design development documents, based on the owner approved schematic design. The following documents are furnished upon completion of the design. (Depending on the Owner’s Requirements)

1. Drawings.

2. Cost estimate of total project.

3. Specifications of Materials.
